Balloon Explosions Policy

At Balloon Explosions, we are committed to providing beautiful, professional balloon décor for every celebration. Please review our policies before booking.

Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Orders booked within 7 days may include a rush fee.

Design Changes

Colors, themes, signage, and custom details must be finalized at least 7 days before the event. Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact designs may vary based on space, inventory, and event conditions.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup times will be confirmed before your event. Clients are responsible for making sure the venue allows balloon décor and that our team has access to the setup area.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon décor is affected by heat, wind, rain, sunlight, and weather conditions. Balloon Explosions cannot guarantee the lifespan of outdoor balloons once installation is complete.

Cancellations & Refunds

Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a refund of payments made beyond the retainer. Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Breakdown & Removal

Breakdown services are available for an additional fee unless included in your package. Once décor is left with the client or venue, Balloon Explosions is not responsible for damage, popping, or deflation.

Photo Release

Balloon Explosions may photograph completed installations for marketing, social media, and website use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Environmental Commitment

We do not support balloon releases. All balloon décor should be disposed of responsibly.

Client Agreement

By booking with Balloon Explosions, the client agrees to all policies listed above.
